actually there aren’t such special version as the bureau in charge doesnt approved the pubish of the game in mainland China yet (and probably wont in an unkown period of time).

Well, at least, confusing historical issues aside, it’s a rather strange decoration. Why put multiple naval ensign in the hanger? 
Even in IJN’s ground force headquarter in Shanghai, they rises one naval ensign. Other flags rise around gate are sun-mark flag and one is larger than naval ensign.
There are Chinese version, you can see many video of it. You are from China you must know it right?

Normally, naval ensign and army flag is different in many countries.
Army
- Symbol of regiment: Rising-sun flag (sun is center)
- Flags often used by soldiers: Sun-mark flag
Navy
- Naval ensign: Rising-sun flag (sun is left)
- Symbol of ground party: same as above
- Flags often used by soldiers: same as above
As far as I remember, navy’s ground battalion used M-mark flag but I can’t find photo:(

Frankly, I don’t really want to have this discussion because the Japanese Alt-right(Netouyo) will get upset too…(I had a pretty uncomfortable discussion about this in World of Warships).
Personally, I am not against Nazi flags in games. The Rising Sun and all that. Because anything historically realistic is immersive.
But if the use of the flag wasn’t historically common (if it was put out as a so-called stereotype), then it should be replaced.
I think the solution is to replace it only in China and the affected Asian region.Some places are restricting it as a nation, and if we understand the sentiments of the inhabitants of those countries, we should do so.

Well, it seems to be basis on stereotype and usage of them is unhistorical (eg. put multiple army flag above naval fighters). I afraid stupid new-rights get mad about it, but I hope they remove/replace them for historical accuracy.

I believe there’s a need for an option to uncensor everything like let the Germans use their swastikas for players who don’t mind having such symbols.
Stupid laws not updating where computer games should be treated like movies as work of art.
