We all know that if a weapon is classified as BR 4, it’s like being sentenced to life imprisonment. The weapons at BR 4 simply can’t contend with those at BR 5. As a result, hardly anyone lingers at BR 4, and many weapons have been overlooked because of this. This has been a persistent problem for a long time. I don’t know if DF has noticed this point. If some people can’t figure out how many bullets the rifles at BR 3 usually have, it just means that they’ve barely opened the game. Let them go and stay in a proper place.

I want to enjoy good semi auto rifles at BR4 such as the G43 without being forced to fight fully automatic battle rifles

Id argue most BR IV weapons actually belong at BR III. The M1941 Johnson for instance is little more than a glorified M1 Garand with 2 extra rounds which hardly warrants a whole other BR.
Same goes for Gewehr 43 relative to Gewehr 41.
BR V is such a pain. I really wish it didnt exist so DF would stop adding nonsense fairytale prototypes that ruin the game.
BR III Allies VS BR V Japan is probably the best example of this. I wanted to use Lee Enfield .303 bolt action rifles (which are BR II, used to be BR III) since Im not a fan of the Garand (id prefer the Johnson).
Thanks to uptiers this means I end up using a BR II bolt action rifle against BR V made up fully auto assault rifles that belong in Call of Duty.
In some ways I blame the playerbase. It’s crazy to me that kids playing Roblox understand and are fine with the fact that Americans had M1 Garands, Germans had 5 round bolt action Kar98ks, Americans had Thompsons, Germans had MP40s or STG44s.
Whereas the ‘mature’ and ‘experienced’ Enlisted playerbase demands assault rifles and heavy tanks all the time which in my opinion completely ruin the WWII setting of the game.
WWII was predominately fought with bolt action rifles and some semi autos. That is it. If you want all this auto spam you should consider playing another game.

Agreed. Most BR IV guns are easily outmatched by BR V guns. What is absolutely disgusting with BR’s is that people, stick with the best options they have, to max out their BR. I remember playing, f.e. Berlin campaign with BA rifles. I’d never do that now. Same goes out with, f.e. PPS-42 in highend games although it was high end in the past. Mentality changed a lot as well.

the problem with that is you then can only face br4 and br3 meaning you can only be side tiered or down tiered making it unfair for br3 2 1 and all which can all still be up tiered. what we need is a tier six, now listen move br5 to br6 and create a real br5. move things like select fire rifles, assault rifle 100 MAG MGS, and the tiger 2 to BR6.
