Add GAZ-AAA with Quad Maxim anti-aircraft gun.
If the Allies have the GMC, the Soviets should also have a self-propelled anti-aircraft system.

Soviets do have SPAA. An event one though, same with GE having Flakpanzer I. So you will have to wait until DF adresses adding in those kinds of vehicles since there has been information about Ostwind/Wirbelwind and other SPAAs already being in-game. Issue is DF is probably uncertain about adding them due to their limited usage of only AA or Infantry shredding, while lacking severely in Anti-tank capabilities.
