Some week of CBT at 50€, you buyed too
i meannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
that was one week of pre early acces.
wasn’t substantial as SG or pacific Pass.
nope. never did, never would have.
Let me tell you the facts. The fact that Stalingrad was neglected has nothing to do with Pacific. If both are imperfect, then the users have the right to complain about both.
The game has a map called “Tenaru River”. The real Tenaru River is a river covered with deep bushes.
This is a picture of the real Tenaru River.
Imagine, Marines patrolling carefully in this river. And the Japanese soldiers who surprise attack from the bushes. That is quite exciting. It is a scene depicted in many movies and other media.
But the Tenaru River we can see in the game is this.
There are very few trees and very good vantage points. This is not where anything fun happens in the game either.
Furthermore, the map name “Alligator Creek” probably does not allow you to go to Alligator Creek.

The real Alligator Creek is here. It is located near the airfield. The U.S. Marines and the Japanese clashed violently over Alligator Creek. It is called “Battle of Alligator Creek”. The Japanese advanced along the beach and fell one by one to the U.S. MG Nest on the sandbar.
Alligator Creek in the game is probably here because of what looks like an airfield. This is an off-limits area on the “Alligator Creek” map. Besides, the terrain is different.
Although it is named “Guadalcanal,” it hardly looks Guadalcanal-like. Darkflow’s detailing of the Pacific differs from many historical facts, such as the cosmetics of the Japanese soldiers and the names of their units. It’s not that they are departing from historical facts for the sake of game design, it’s just that the detailing is lax.
that’s kinda the point, and at the same not,
isn’t it?
people do complain, but that happens for pretty much everytime for pretty much everything.
which, idk what your " facts " has really to do with anything as stalingrad, matter of fact ( sorry for the game type with words ) has not many maps. not even tunisia, as our comrade pointed out.
that’s, what’s happening.
which kinda answers it for your self. doesn’t it?
most of the locations are kinda… fabricated.
and not real, outside berlin. and some of stalingrad.
which not necessarely a bad thing, since they have to make it balanced and what not.
though, yeah, that ain’t gonna really answer nor " put in place " the absence of others map.
guess the pacific was loved or something to get an additional map.
dunno, seems strange to me though.
The maps in the pacific seem meh…
I would say add more brush and beach landings for a more Pacific feel, if my PC wasn’t a potato.
What I want is for the cheeseburger to have proper cheese in it.
I will leave the seasoning to the chef, but I cannot tolerate no cheese in my cheeseburger.
