Selecting which side to exit from tank

When exiting a tank, it is always on the left side of the tank.
Very unpleasant if that is where the enemy is.
I would prefer to be able to select which side I want to exit on.

I would prefer if they added animations like in BF1 where you enter the tank from hatches.

So you would climb up the tank and wnter your crew specific hatch like: Commander, driver, radio operator and so on

EDIT myself: it is not always the left side.
It may depend on which crew member is used, and on which side he is located in the tank.
But still, choosing would be nice.
