I would make life quite a lot easier if you could select just the type of soldiers (assault, trooper, gunner, etc) you want to look at in “Managing soldiers”.
Often I’m looking for a new soldier I’ve just recruited - I know the type and he’s in there somewhere, but it is too easy to scroll past all the other types and miss just the one.
So buttons for each type, can be multi selected, include a button for “Select all” and anotehr for “Select none”

Indeed, soldiers management needs to be smoother, especially since we need to keep a constant rotation in order to level them up.
It would also be great if we could switch soldiers among all squads on the fly, without the need to assign a specific one to active service and select it first.

also a filter for finished soldiers and not finished (need xp to proceed lvl) would be helpful. actually scrolling through 180 soldiers
