In the game players have the ability to use enemy MG nests, HMGs, AA guns, and AT cannons. One thing that players are not allowed to use though, are abandoned enemy vehicles. Historically both the allies and the axis were known for using captured enemy armor to bolster their ranks. Allowing players to repair and use damaged and deserted enemy vehicles would be really useful in supporting your team.
If a friendly repaired and jumped into an enemy tank, it would gain the friendly vehicle symbol over it and would gain an insignia of the side they are fighting on (i.e. If Soviets are using a captured German tank, the German tank would have a red star on it.) The operating speed of the would be slower, because the crew are not dedicated tankers and would make more people run with repair kits.
It’s hard to drive a vehicle in which the instructions are written in Japanese or Cyrillic.
They’re all kind of the same to drive, with 2 sticks for driving and steering.
You’d think the T-34 was broken until you discovered the gearbox was so heavy you had to bend your leg.
It should only be for thank drivers bcs they know how to drive it and it should also have some kind of animation that marks the tank witch would take 5 sec or something.

There is a vehicle limit with a maximum of 2 ground vehicles at a time for each team. If the enemy take one of your team’s tank their team could have 3 tanks, the worst case is they have 4 tanks and your team can’t spawn any.
This would break match balance even more. If there aren’t any spawn restriction, capturing an enemy vehicle for use would be fun, but the way the game is designed does not favor that.
This used to happen in battlefield 5. My god it was rage educing when some Muppet on your team would bail from their tanks to avoid dying and give your teams asset to the other team. (you couldnt get your vehicle spawn back until you killed the one the enemy took. especially bad when the enemy has all your tanks lol)
It was pretty funny when you did it to the other team though.
But since they have your teams tanks under their control, they are no longer considered your tanks, unless you steal them back, you should be able to spawn in more tanks.
It was also a nice touch …say if you took american vehicle as german you would have the german cross symbol instead of white star printed on it and vice versa if USA team took a german vehicle
