I think the Ocean in Normandy should be alot deeper if you hit the water in an Aircraft she just explodes but in Omer map the river is deep enough to land safely without exploding and dying

You think the normandy sea is shallow? Wait till you see the burma and rzhev river. You can literally cross it by walking

yea and burma as well i thought the water was deep and i jump in but then die since i was low health lol
but the good thing for that map is, it make apc able to drive through them so i guess it is what it is

In truth I think the Normandy sea is pretty much āout of boundā area. Itās not even well designed graphically. Compared with the Pacific map sea which at least looks like one.
If I fly very close to the sea in Pacific, I know which height Iām at, I wonāt crash in it.
In Normandy, it MAY be that I need glasses, but if I try to fly close to the sea, I often crash in it. Because Iām closer to it than I thinkā¦ (So I stay high in the airš)
The canal passing through the town in Normandy is in truth a motorboat racing track. Sadly many fools just shoot at themselves all around instead of saying āhold my Schnapps/colaā and deciding to race. You can go international and race on the Tunisia river too. (I miss H&G for those kind of moments)

Its like an emergency landing zome for me if my Plane is on flames and shes not gonna make it i hit the sea if its a river like in Omer its sweet its deep so i dont hit the river bed i can exit the plane with a couple of scratches but in those Normandy maps and things its so shallow its only a couple Centimeters high the whole way out from shore all the way out at first I thought okay I hit the shore thats bound to happen but the whole ocean is a shore

It works well in Moscow maps rivers as well.
