I’m curious to see how the current event truck works out first to be honest. If more and more stuff like this keeps coming in, the need for a way to make blast-resistant fortifications keeps getting higher and higher.
If you have time to build defenses, why not take your anti-tank weapons and fire a few rounds of explosives and armor-piercing shells at the opposite engine?
Key words here being “IF you have the time”. The reality right now is that any fortification other than Czech Hedgehogs get decimated before you really have a chance to do much.
On console at least you don’t often have that luxury, unless you fall back at least a full objective to set up, and at that point either you won’t have the Line of Sight, or you’re too busy building a new rally point to catch them as they are moving forward. Though with the range they have and the small maps, I doubt many will really need to push up.

They have poor vision and run slowly
As long as you have enough knowledge and weapons to deal with it, it’s just like cake.
Even if the infantry cannot resist, there are enough vehicles to deal with it.
Unless your teammates are a group of war criminals who only hide in tanks and planes but have extremely low aiming abilities.
