Same account on different platforms(PS5, XBX, PC)

Hello,

I am writing here because i am a big Enlisted fan, mostly playing on PS5. But there are days when I don’t have access to PS5 and i want to play Enlisted from my laptop.

Would be very nice and a better game if you allow us to use the same account on consoles and PC.

i agree with this idea, so i don’t have to start over on my playstation account. or even xbox

Interesting conzept but I dont think its possible to connect a PC Account to a Console.

Not becuase it is impossible but becuase behind a Console there is a other Company looking for his own Business.

idk how xbox and playstation works, but i will give comparison with steam.
steam takes 30% of any transaction going through them (so i expect something similar with playstation and xbox). considering gaijin has its own platform through which you can pay, they will take 100% (minus payment processing) on it. mixing it with steam (playstation/xbox) would make those users who would go through their platform and give them 100% of money, now give 70% when processed through third party platform. also i would guess there are some agreements in contract that gaijin just cant take their users and bypass their payment processing (see epic vs apple).

There must be a way to achieve this.

technically it is easy. financially and legally it is not.
gaijin wants 100% of income from PC gamers. they are not willing to share these users with xbox/playstation and get 70% whenever they buy something through consoles.
playstation/xbox take 30% cut from their store and they dont want gaijin to bypass them and take that money. if gaijin enabled way to bypass playstation/xbox store they could be banned from their stores.

like i said check epic vs apple case and you will see what happens when gaming company tries to bypass any store.

This could easily be resolved. Have the player choose his main platform and only make payments on that platform. For example, in my case I only make payments on PS5, and i could just play on PC and not make payments on PC.

and then you decide that you dont want to play on ps5 cause your ps5 broke and demand that you transfer payments to PC.

like i said technically it is really easy to implement this, but such decision must be analyzed from financial and legal point of view of company. will such decision be financially better or worse and will it be contrary to already signed contracts with other companies. considering that this isnt an option for majority of games today, it is either financially bad or legally impossible (without getting banned from those platforms).

you should not be allowed to switch main platform. Once you chose one you stick with one forever

and that would probably break anti consumer laws in at least dozen countries if not more…
