rate of fire
armor penetration
damage
the s13 is just better
and i do not acknowledge the Japanese at rifle as being br1 power
so if almost all stats are equal and one stat is far better
cut the magazine in half loose the prone requirment and move it to br1
Ok can you pen T-70 frontally with S18-100? Cuz with PTRS you can kill all the axis tanks while let me tell you with S18-100 you cant kill frontally all the allies tanks at BR I.

A weapon which we have to buy while the Stinger gets to exist with a broken magazine for how long and come on you can do better than this or do you really want to die on this hill.
my question is list a br1 at weapon for the Allies as good as the s13
the stinger is br5 if someone wanted to move the stinger to br4 you would have a point
You conveniently forgot to mention the prone only mechanism in your cute list.
Should ptrs also become prone only?
Afterall it’s semi auto with high rof and has monster pen (against all axis vehicles)…

Well this is the balance the allies have more armored vehicles so you need more pen with the axis …

We have to buy that and it’s limited and with how this game has been going they’ve always made Gold order weapons something special or the event weapons so please find a better hill to die on.

Allies dont have a semi auto AT rifle yet. Im sure it will be a BP weapon sooner or later.
Just like no one has a p-47 equivalent or a kv-1…maybe later
