really why did you moved all the anti-tank rifles to BR I but not this one ???
Is it better then Type 97 no ? can you use it standing well No so why its BR II weapon and not BR I ? The S18-100 is a bit better only at close range and its better in pen not damage and also you cant just shoot it you must put it on something in order to fire it what’s the reason its so badly nerfed ?
I play it with my Italian squads but I really don’t understand why its BR II weapon and not BR I ? Even PTRS is BR I what is the problem with S18-100 to be BR I and not BR II ? I don’t see the logic ?

They moved it up because of reasons and just like how they move the Panzer 3 N and the Bf 110 G2 as well and the Soviets always keep being broken as usual and the allies got Thompson from BR3 to go to BR2.

Yeah for this one I dont see the logic for 3N ok it was a bit too good but this one really is it that good I used it and I prefer Type 97 over it and you can buy endless amount of type 97 this thing you have 4 and its not like some super strong anti tank weapon its not weak but its much more limited then Type 97.

i think they want to put the type 97 at BR2 but cant leave br1 japan without AT gunners
No they cant do that Japan will have no anti tank weapon at BR I and not to mention there is no need in that since Germany and Japan dont have very armored tanks in BR I while USSR and US have.

thats why they still keep the type 97 at br1. I think if japan had other options available, the developers would not keep the type 97 at br1

Well there is M5A1 and T-70 simply Germany and Japan need better rifles then the allies in BR I.

I agree its not that the TYPE97 should be at br1 they only have 97 at br1 to give Japan an at weapon at br. meaning the type 97 should be at br2 but is not because of the lack of a br1 japan at weapon thus the s18 is at the br it should be.
AT rifles are definitely a BR 1 weapon

bolt action at rifle yes not semi auto, its the same reason there are no semi auto br1 rifles, also the s13 can kill br3 tanks

well, the winchester 1866 isnt a semi auto, but it fires so fast it functions like one

Well this one you cant use it like a normal rifle since you need to put it on something and for US there is many gold orders that can be given :

It has the stats of a (top) Br1 AT rifle, such as PTRS and Gundam canon,
But! Also requires to be prone or use bipods.
It’s definitely a br1 tool and has no place in br2.

Yeah but for what you will need PTRS 41 that you cant pen really at BR I ? PZ III J is the worse you can face. Can you kill it with PTRS 41 ?
It’s a boost to the German player base which they’re afraid of so they’ll probably fix it a year later when no one’s using it

It should not.
Neither does the prone only Solothurn.
Both are br1 material.
