i started playing today and russian team looses almost every match. Are german teams getting better spawns or they are just full of battlefield wehraboos
Yes, 5 of 5 my matches today in soviet side all lose… But it wasnt so bad in previous days.
Except Invasions. which certainly, defenders winn win…
in battle of berlin test i won a lot but now it sucks. why are people maining germans so much arent they supposed to be the bad guys

I have been playing since day one and I can guarantee that the matches are mostly balanced.
The invasion mode is mostly won by the soviets, though, as the mode favors the defending team, just like how germany won in the berlin campaign

i think the winrates are balanced overall but the soviet smg/tank/semi-auto rifle is just better even if on paper they are the same.At least it feels like that .
I think it based on how the scenarios play out, but yeah it can be weird sometimes.
So far i belive i got more wins to looses ratio per matches i did play.
I wont play alies or soviets. Every ww2 game i play i always choose germany. Most times In the every fps ww2 shooter i did play its the “faction” most veteran players choose and stay to play. Over time it’s usually the dominant side
Ive only won like 2 russian games and most of my german games
I play russians only, and I lose about as often as I win, even in Invasion mode. Too much depends on team comp and competency, or just flat luck.
I had a little more than 10 games as the Germans and won only 3 games.
Yea, I lost pretty much 80% of the matches on the Russian team
For me it seems balance as sometimes I win in rows & lose in row, its somewhat unsatisfactory to lose very much won match but thats about it, Generally the game favors the defenders more.

I was having the opposite issue. In my games, Russians were winning almost every match, with the Germans only getting a handful of very close victories
ive found games to be very balanced, just honestly depends if you get actual fps players on your team, remember it is a team game so if you are not playing the objective, or you team isn’t, your going to struggle, but ive found that most of the time its the top 3 players on each team that make the most difference and 9/10 they are playing the objective.
Then I assume you never played a ww2 game since German factions are always most noob-populated. In War Thunder, German players are mostly trash, it gets a bit better after the “Tiger tier” since most of them dont manage to get past it because they believe wehraboo myths and just die in it.
In Heroes and Generals you could say it is, but only because it’s the oldest faction. But german players suck there too for the most part.
in Post Scriptum it’s really pretty much the same.
If you are playing germans for ideological reasons and, let’s be hoenst. your probably are, it’s better to just admit
I play germany because I am more familiar with their equipment than russian equipment, so I know what each weapon does etc. I would probably play America in the normandy campaign.

I play computer games for longer than i can remember…
I started playing germany coz when i had my first computer ( years and years ago) the games wr single player basis (Campaigns) and all you could play was us or soviets.
When i got internet i could finnaly play as ge and never changed my mind since.
I m familiar with gear, weapons vehicles , language and such
And to be fair, i have a sweet spot for german ww2 tactics and overall performance, and everything related to ww2 German side i have a sweet spot.
Most people choose german coz”they are the bad guys i want to play with them”, its a stupid aproach but there are many studies online on ww2 shooters where people choose ge faction more over su/us.
If i m on a pacific game , japan it is.
But hey, its just my opinion.
I just dont connect much with us or su weapons/history , tactics and so on…
To be fair, i dont care if others are good or trash. I m prety much solid on my performances . I play for my self/team.
I dont care about others do/skill level. Over the years i found that people caring about the skill level of other players or making assumptions about the gear they are using and such are the ones performing below average.
