and how do we understand what’s wrong, if we don’t see him playing we’re in his head? then there is nowhere written that this game is friendly with novices indeed it is said from the beginning when you download it from the page that it is the opposite, the only thing you can do is learn how to play don’t you want to do it? play something else
Except I’m not lying, and neither is Dr Numbers. They arent OP. Maybe their bombing capabilities can be wacky sometimes, but thats about it right now.
Wheres my G*rm spray
Ja wohl Kamaraden! Gutten tag got mitt uns
How do learn when you die before you get to learn. The need for matchmaking systems or proper tutorials have been evident for long enough. Instead of pushing for those, all we get is ‘nerf and buff’ all day in the forums. And here’s another topic for the same.
enlisted has a practice mode where you can practice (which is said after the tutorial) with teams, weapons and vehicles the tutorial as you intend it is useless because it is not possible with a support ai like the current one, and if you want to know better on a vehicle you can always use the war thunder practice mode
Or like we did learn. actually playing and trying stuff out.
There is no side cost in deploying a plane and test shit out.
Exactly people is to lazy with game in this day at minium difficulty QUIT
Doesn’t help with planes and not a lot of help when it comes to infantry(but that’s a player issue).
huh?
Use war thunder for know better tanks and plane because are the same model and war thunder have a practice mode
I’m sorry you feel so insecure about yourself. If you were upfront about your insatiable need for positive affirmation then this thread may have turned out differently.
I am truly sorry and please believe in yourself
love you.
The IL-2 is tough, but in real life it was a very tough vehicle, hence the nickname ‘the flying tank’. It flies like a pig though. The first Russian fighter, the I-153, is pretty crappy. It has 8 small rockets which require a very close hit to do damage.
The IL-2 has the same rockets, and some 50kg bombs, which also require an accurate hit.
In general, the Russian planes trade damage for survivability.
Tbh soviet planes looks the more balanced ones, with no ridiculous 250/500kg bombs. Also dont forget that the Stuka in Moscow has normal machinguns while the IL-2 has actual armor
I’m sorry but this is basically a rage post. I won’t discount it though for the nugget of truth to be had here is that plane damage models are as botched as tanks’. Try aiming cannon shots at the engines or something, also IL2 not type 3 is just fat, but if you mean the type 3 then omega oof pretty much lol. Pe-3 is the Soviet hardcounter for all German planes but it has no CAS I think.
Yup, I just finished a battle where I would pump whole ammo into a russian plane and the damn thing would still fly like nothing happened, gunning me down as I tried to get back to reload point. And no, I wasn’t missing more than 1/3 of shots tops, so even 2 8mm MGs should send the enemy plane crashing, if not by damage, then by their weight itself ffs.
No - because 2 x 8mm mg’s ARE essentially useless vs metal aircraft that have actual armour plate in places, let alone Stumoviks.
This is why countries used heavier armaments ffs - get real and stop trying to use bombers as fighters!
The problem is, I wasn’t fighting an IL-2, it was a fighter, looked like a Yak or something similar. The damn thing would eat up all of my ammo while in a dogfight and once I run out of bullets, I had two choices: either stay on his tail in a dogfight untill the battle ended or try to break off to rearm in which case it would catch up to me in a few seconds and tear my plane apart with just a few hits.
2 x 8mm is a weak armament - the Yak-1 might not be all metal, but it is solid and strong - and of course the DM is screwed for all sides - I’ve had Stuka’s “eat” complete loads of Il-2 2omm and 7.72mm.
If you go to other campaigns you will find exactly teh same across all nationalities - in Berlin I’ve had Stuka’s “eat” 37mm cannon shots…
