The russian event paratroopers cannot pull an M1 Bazooka from the weapon box on BR I - III. You only get the PTRS-41, which is not competitive against tanks on BR II like Pz. III N or higher.
I tested this in standard battles and on testroom - same result.

For some reason I cannot feel sorry for Soviet paras who already have an unfair advantage (for no reason whatsoever) over ALL the other paras: weapons choices.
I understand your position. nevertheless the M1 bazooka should replace the PTRS-41.
And maybe one day DF will add paratroopers to the techtree which the possibility to add weapons of your choice - depending on the BR
nein nein nein, ptrs can alredy blow most br 2 tanks and you can unlock it ptrs is not to bad at all just give it an opportunity also the ptrs was more accurate than m1 so nop
also you have guerrillas so, you are going to make my eyes blow paratroppers by themselves are a pain and adding bazookas no no no just no > : (
since you can being in a roof positioned strctegicly you can tecnically spawn camp tanks

USA / UK paratroopers have them, so UDSSR should have them aswell - just like the mechanic supposed to work

Did you read the informations about the paratroopers and boxes mechanics when they were released?
If all the Paratroopers have been edited and if the mechanism work on all paratrooper squads like supposed to be, except 1 paratrooper squad (because it was forgotten due to the introduction of the M1 Bazooka on russian side) then it’s still a bug - doesn’t change the fact.
I wish paratrooper boxes could be customized. I can’t even play as British Paratroopers when they whip out Johnson LMGs and bazookas

PTRS reaches long range and is THE MOST POWERFULL BR2 Semi-auto rifle available! Cause Soviet BIAS
No seriously its a completely fine weapon and allows heavy sniping of MG/AT emplacements at range, no need to bazookas for VDV, theyre completely fine, borderline OP anyways.
