Sprint.
I dunno if it’s changed or not, but didn’t sprint speed buff affect aiming/dispersion? I can’t remember.
I usually go with Sprint though.

Run speed is actually walk and general movement speed.
Sprint makes you run faster - while run makes your total movement speed faster, which also effects strafing and speed while aiming.
So run speed can help in a fight, sprint speed makes to run faster from A to B.

It’s a good idea to have a flask with you if you go with the sprint perk.
But yeah, run = walk, sprint = run.

The speed boost from sprint is usable only by you and only while sprinting.
However the speed boost from run will be felt in all other avenues when not sprinting. And perhaps the most important part, since your bots are unable to “sprint”, the “run” is their default move speed. . Bots with the run perk will be more twitchy and therefore generally harder to kill than bots without this perk. And when moving a great distance, they will be able to keep up with you better.
So in a typical match, what are you and your bots doing more? Sprinting or just moving?
Well, most of the time, your bots are stuck in some weird loop, not advancing, not shooting.
But yeah, the sprint perk, unless I guess you equip them all with it, is only used by you.
That said, it can still make a difference.

Run speed affects dispersion if I’m not mistaken.

I take sprint personally, I find it makes the difference when its needed, especially on classes like sniper.

I made all my dude’s track athletes and I sprint everywhere. Only bad thing is my bots don’t sprint, so I am always 500 meters in front of them. 
in a bad way or good way? I always use run speed since I couldn’t see a difference when sprinting with an axe
