Yep; these are Pb2 rockets that you can find in War Thunder already.
This has been suggested many times already however. These seems much weaker than HVAR in the anti-Infantry ability however (three times less explosives)

indeed, but at least we could still try and same for soviets, I am just trying all nations get rockets even if they are meh for do an attempt of be equal, japs deserve and for some reason we don’t get it yet even if we have
