The 3 aspects above in the news article are the 3 most common complaints with Riders that we tend to see (takes too long to level up, bad off-road capability, and making them more useful), hence why these were addressed first. 
If there turns out to be other ways we can improve them once players are able to test them, we can take feedback for that from everyone.

I hope that the new riders will be 1 pioneer and two AT soldiers - otherwise this would be a missed opportunity.
We actualized this issue and forwarded to the devs again.
How about moving SPAA vehicles to Rider II? Taking tank slot is kinda make them less useful IMO.
Now this is more like it, lucky i havent start grinding them past lvl 4 yet nice

Well as BR 1 vehicles they can actually join the fight as semi tanks - if there actually would be better SPAAs in the game this wouldn’t be an issue.

How about adding jeeps and cars to Riders this would significantly bolster its popularity

Will this also be fixed? Premium bikers really suffer from this, as they are one of the few classes that can have multiple interesting weapon types.
But as soon as I give them the two weapon option, it blocks the backpack slot on the enginer.

Such wise words were never spoken. 
Most likely the test server is going to be released tommorow. That would be perfect since most people will get to try it out during the weekend.
