The issue is that the system treats bikes like other neutral drivable vehicles on the map whenever players
spawned one in the game

This is the main reason I have never used any of my rider class vehicles. They are all still fully not updated. Why put so much time into a squad that only has two or three troops.
Not to mention a 3 men sqd will be wiped out even by the ai’s potshots from across the map

I thought it is a game, so I played with the German premium ones now and then and did not care whether they’re maxed out or not (of course they can’t be upgraded, but I 'd use them regardless). When I fly over a tank bullet just to land upside down and die in next second is fun, and that’s it. With two guys it’s really not fun enough though.

Incompetent teammates who come out of the newly built respawn point and open fire to hinder the operation of the respawn point.
Or anti-tank rocket barrel or mortar

I don’t think its that much better than what you can get from building the medium machine gun or heavy machine gun positions who are also available at br 1, especially with how even more exposed you are
buildable MGs overheat almost instantly while bike mgs never overheat

I would love to see that in game, even if it was an event machine. And even better if the MGs had honest 13.2 damage instead of 5

You know what would be an honest improvement? The mounted MG, having 13.2 DMG (like the handheld guns) instead of just 5. The same for tank MGs, it was always stupid to have them nerfed. It’s not like these MGs have unlimited ammo, come on

I went to play with my USA rider, and I didn’t notice any progress difference. I’m at level 5, and getting to 6 costs 20k XP. Imagine leveling up all 24 levels needing that much, or even more. I’m not going to play with this squad; it’s really bad for what it offers. It’s going to take at least a month to get the upgrades.

Neither the american nor the german rider squads got reduced XP unfortunately… You can try the japanese and soviet ones though, they should be upgraded pretty quickly

just to be clear,
randomized license plates are not a thing.
those are specific based on the vehicle.
the ks750 has one,
and the r75 has another one.
personally, i’m kinda indifferent.
but i don’t think that’s going to happen.
even though, i must give credits to developers because they do things i wouldn’t imagine.
like the new reworked feldgendarmerie uniform that has a color system.
meaning, we will most likely see class / units related uniforms with correct collar and stripes colors.
( green for panzergrenadiers, blue for medic, yellow for artillery men etc ).

Hopefully customizable vehicle load-outs will be a thing one day. The German motorbikes could really use an MG42.
