Reworking old locations: The cave village of Tunisia

Yup. I quite like most of the Tunisian maps, but the Kahif Cave Village is/was definitely the weakest. Unless you’re blessed with a decent team, defending it is almost impossible. Way too many weakpoints. Attacking however, well, he who dares, Rodney, he who dares.

This looks promising. I can’t wait to play it.

ahh! another sh*t pacific jungle map, RIP tunisia.

No Pacific map has so many trees and this map is one of the worst in the game now it will get much better

Increase Tunisia BR rating so we can play it. And also decrease priority of pacific in matchmaking. Even in low BR, that pacific sh*t map appears almost every time instead of tunisia.

rip

Pacific is all green (and black caves). Even if tunisia is worst, its way much better and awesome than all maps.

Completely missing the point.

Not to mention I was talking about single map, not Tunisia as a whole.

Lmao.

Extremely important aspect.

Like and dislike system is a placebo and has no real effect.

well i must say.
at first, i didn’t liked it.
because what made tunisia somewhat unique, was because of the desert ( even if the actual tunisia might be different ).

but, for gameplay reasons, i suppose it makes sense.
and well, the layout seem to be a bit better.

we’ll see how it plays out though.

ugh… too many trees, completely changes the look of Tunisia

I thought the same when I first saw it, but Im willing to give it a go, though I do wish they reduced how much grass there is, or at least dull its colour a little, its a bit too bright green for its setting.

agreed, the flora looks way too hydrated lol

Even at Oasis ground won’t be this green and only some areas would have multiple tress all around you. They need to fight for water and nutrition in soil so they want to spread out.

Yup, thats how it should look like. Enlisted has a big problem with making tress and bushes accurate, like why do we even have overasturated autumnal trees on winter maps?

You are forgetting that Château du Bosq exists

Besides, all the tunnels and capture zones in wells made Kahif cave village ultra rare. I was excited to play there cause it required unique tactics and gave amazing grenade & mortar damage opportunity. Plus it was a relief from tank warfare, which is nice once in a while

Reworking old maps to improve them is great…but I think the playerbase would appreciate the new Manchuria maps instead since they have been teased for ever.

I read it again and kinda wish you could make new maps instead of making so many of drastic changes to existing ones, renaming Tunisia to North Africa and adding some more of new maps instead would be more interesting

Hey, I don’t like much the excessive greenery of Tunisia. Just a suggestion I say tone it down a little bit, make it look more dry and desert-like, keep that unique color palette, which is another key underlying reason why people like maps in videogames. It’s what we call ‘vibe’. And Tunisia is very unique in that regard in terms of the 6 fronts we have, so far.

However, the craters on the ground and shell marks on the walls, they look absolutely badass. All things aside, that looks a massive improvement. I’m glad.

Now coming up next, please, let’s look into making objectives in game much bigger. Let’s get rid of that beta-ish design for objectives, which made sense at a time when the game once had very few players. And let’s think beyond of what Enlisted can offer, instead of making battles feel so ‘cluttered’. I like explosions, but Enlisted’s representation of firepower during a single minute of battle is ridiculous, all for a little piece of circle on the ground.

Tunisia has not become green, trees have been added to parts of the kahif only to make a small transition between the first half of the mast by points and the second. Tunisia has remained sandy as it was.
