with the rework, normal experience is replaced by research point as the preliminary news show us…[this maybe is already changed by dev, so this suggestion is based only on what we know on them]… so my opinion is instead of give separete research point for each faction and force us stick with one side during the grind, give use universal research point who can be used on all faction
In this way
People are more incentivized to use “join any side” option (who i hope get some bonus for use here) if they can grind soviet even if the “join any side” option make them play japanese, in my opinion this simple “add” can stabilize the playerbase further alongside the rework

I don’t think it is good. If you can grind a faction without actually playing a faction, people will just grind with faction with more people. It may make unpopular faction even less people.

That’s indeed the main drawback.
There would be almost no point anymore in playing anything else than the most profitable factions.
We can add universal points instead. Like in WoT for example.
10% of your experience gain is in form of universal exp. You can use gold to convert some stored normal exp to universal one.
Sounds fair.

Is not even good force people to play the same faction for hour and hour for grind here, and after start the process again with another one, and who refuse do it become a main imo not exactly an healthy player
I think is in our interest stabilize the playerbase and incentivaze play any faction in any way is possibile who dont broke the game or give unfair andvantage to one side
Imo if people can grind faction withaut play them is not an issue, they are free to dont play them as usual or actually play them once they get some equipment they whant try
Imo In the end universal experience can be even linked to a reward exclusive for “join any side” option

War Thunder does that, but the conversion cost in gold is so ridiculously expensive that everyone agrees it’s one of the greatest wastes of gold in game.
