Rewards of the upcoming Battle Passes!

S-18/100: 45 kg (99 lb) without magazine
Type 97: 52 kg (115 lb)
(NOTES: the Type 97 was the heaviest anti-tank rifle of World War II and weighs 52 kilograms (115 lb) ready to fire, minus the gun shield, and 68 kilograms (150 lb) including the shield and four carrying handles, exceeding its design weight of 40 kilograms (88 lb)

@James_Grove
What is the real reason behind this genius move? Certainly not because the

because last time I played the Type 97, I didn’t need to put it down to use it.

Oh cmon. DF why do you always need to mess something up. Downtier it to BR1 otherwise it will be less than worthless. Soviets just downtiered their PTRS-41 to BR1, at BR2 Germany has Sturmpistole (6sec reload need to be cut by half) and GRB-39 why would you use some underpowered AT rifle.

I guess i can add another one to the list of crappy German BP weapons. Are you doing it on purpose?

PS i still like Mors but not because it’s performance as it’s worse than Beretta but because of the model, animation and sound.

Hmmm…

Japanese or usual Anti-German bias?

Here’s a free idea for future BP weapons, which you should use to increase the number and veriety of new weapons in each BP, not to no longer add new or unique guns:

  • Weapons in different markings and/or ammunition, like .303 British BARs.

It’s not like they can’t have delay again the next time we will hit major update

If Dark Force is going back the Cowboy and Indian days for weapons to add to Enlisted, I am going to say, “you’re going the wrong direction”. Although I LOVE the Winchester 1866 rifle in BR1, as my quick research revealed it was NEVER used in WW2, and it sounds like the Winchester 1887 was BARELY used. Yes, the 1866 did kill some of Custer’s 7th Calvary men, but no Japanese or Nazi’s.

Just my opinion for what it’s worth, but it might be helpful if DF had someone on staff that could use google and do a little basic research before you pay someone to make model’s of guns that were never used. Just sayin

not really inspiring.
how come in 3 years, not a single gold order bike. but… kinda doesn’t matter since you guys butchered the battlepass design and shop.
inspite of players feedback. the same you guys were supposed to listening to.
or… worse, how gold order vehicles were butchered since now they are no longer customizable by changing the base camouflage while retaining the markings and insignias.

with that being said,

I like it, but they shouldn’t have moved ptrs41 to BR1. It should go back to BR2.

If I’m remembering correctly some lever actions were issued during WW2 to US troops, but not for combat. They were for hunting, issued to troops in very remote areas.

German BR2 anti tank options are weaker than Japanese and Allied counterparts. If this is an intentional design choice and they wanted to keep things like that wish they would have the balls to come out and say it.

The AT rifles have poor post pen damage compared to the HEAT and shaped charges and are very useful for dealing with grey zone AT guns. They should stay BR1.

Maybe, but a quick google search says the 1866 was never used in WW2, however, I could search 20 times and get 20 different facts with Google. I like the 1866 Winchester, so I am certainly not upset that they included it, however, I wish they would take the time to improve a lot of their game guns that were common in WW2 and get the specs set to what the actual guns did.

Yeah as far as I know this specific yellow ass lever action wasn’t used at all during WW2.

Your daily Japanese soldier training with their 52kg AT rifle. Nothing to see there just your usual Historical accuracy

You killed the only thing that’s fun about AT rifles - shooting down planes.
