Has there been a change to the laws about gambling within computer games over there? That would explain it, I guess.
Restart your client, fixes it
But in case it happens, please upload your clog files to the (Community Bug Reporting System).
Client logs, files with .clog extension can be found in the .logs~enlisted subfolder where your game is installed. The filenames represent the time the client started, so the one needed is the one with the timestamp a few minutes before you noticed that the Silver chest changed.
