Revolver buffs and balances

Currently revolvers struggle in Enlisted but I have a few suggestions in order to make them more viable.

My recommendations:

•all double action revolvers have their rpm increased to match the colt new service’s 240rpm

•all revolvers should have their 10m damage increased to 8 and have their headshot multiplier increased to reward better accuracy

•all 3 single action revolvers/ pistol (nagant, m1917, welrod) should have their dispersion lowered to 0.2 due to the lighter trigger pull)

•The webley mk4 should receive the Prideaux speedloader, this will shorten empty reloads but won’t be used on partial reloads, therefore requiring players to reload at the correct time to take advantage of it. Prideaux seen here: webely sped lodet - Zoeken Video's

I could do without the speedloader for the webely, just feels more authentic to load by hand (and isn’t that why you bring a Webely in the first place, eh?), the rest I all support, death to Hi-Power supremacy!

The Enfield will remain the same if you wanted to hand reload a top breaker, also on partial reloads the speedloader wouldn’t be used.

All revolvers IMO should be buffed in damage to able to one shot at close range, and single action revolvers or ones that reload one bullet at a time should have an extended range by a few meters, but any buff is much welcome

Make all revolvers deal around 8 damage,

Also make event/premiun revolvers like a silver Magnum.
