Because touting your status as an alleged “pro player” is fucking cringe, and immediately shows that you have an incomprehensibly big ego. That tends to get you started off on the wrong foot with people.

If you were actually old enough to have been a pro player in 2003, you would know this.

Interesting information that seems to make a lot of sense… but bots in a BR game lol… I think the bots are in there for console players so if the servers ever die or w/e they will still be able to play single player? I dunno its kind of a mess right now if you ask me.

They’re also there in squad mode - full squads lead by AI instead of a player

Hi, I’m CRiM, I was a call of duty 1 pro player, I played for Deus Ex Machina one of the top teams in north America, I’ve given this game two long play secession’s now and I’m going to give some suggestions and feed back.

this is a weird brag, but i faced you a couple of times. a worthy opponent if i can say so.

First off the good:
The engine seems quite good high frame-rates looks pretty nice over all, it can be hard to see enemies in windows at 1920 x 1080 I’d say impossible at times and I don’t know if that’s a bug with windows or something but it would be nice if you could actually see people window camping.
The tanks and the game for the most part look and feel pretty promising.

love when people truly apreciate the smaller things.

What needs work:
Console controls on pc: you can’t fine tune mouse sensitivity which kinda goes to show that this game was not truly designed to be a pc game. There is no decimal or single digit precision when selecting mouse sensitivity. if you want to release a pc fps you have to give pc players the ability to actually select a proper mouse sensitivity for them… now this is starting off really poorly lets continue.

i mean… i don’t think this is an issue, as you can quite " master " it with no issue.

hit registry in general was OK, but there was quite a few times where bullets went through people or clipped on walls my sniper bullets even some times felt like they were locking on people when I missed and other times I’d shoot people directly multiple times and nothing would happen.

can’t deny that even almost after 1 year of testing this game.

Movement can get weird near walls you can get stuck or lean through walls there, you can also bunny hop in this game which is not good as it speeds up your movement and everyone ends up jumping around the map like rabbits, cod 1 had this issues early and was patched out.

Self reviving: The self reviving system in this game is hilariously bad, you can simply revive your self from behind cover after being downed, I even had an instance where I downed 5 people in front of me and simply had to give up because they were all self reviving before I could kill any of them its moments like these where you go, oh this developer actually has no idea what they’re doing when it comes to making games. I eventually started head shotting everyone out of pure necessity but it doesn’t fully fix how stupid this gears of war system is that doesn’t work at all in this style game.

The bots: More than a few times bots shot me though grass alphas when I wasn’t visible by any player and I thought to my self that guy must be wall hacking another reason the bot system should be removed from the game “ENTIRELY”

weather it’s truee that they shoot you trhough foliage.

i don’t see why they have to be removed. it’s the main point of enlisted.
and as someone said, if this game is going to be like any other FPS without bots and squad command i couldn’t care less.

The Squad System: The squad system is really bad it only subtracts from the potential of this game, it makes it feel zergy, bots literally stand in your way when you’re trying to fight for a beginner mode i guess its fine for people learning the maps and controls I’d move the squad system to like a beginner bracket and implement a hard core mode later with hud turned off No bots, Self revive removed only keep team revive even then its questionable. In general the suquad system is soo poorly implemented its probably best to just get rid of it, its the reason I’ll probably never play this game again it feels hollow like a single player experience sure it keeps you in the action more but it honestly just feels like its designed for kids who have never actually played a good quality fps.

well, your opinions are opinions. and i respect that.

but coming in a game where it’s meant to be like this, and changing it’s core mechanics… i think this game is not for you. like, again, those are the main point. i don’t see why they should change just to be like any other fps out there.

in general I was very disapointed with the game, it had a lot of potential and threw it all out the windows for some war thunder like squad upgrading money sink experiance it seems like the development team went full tunnel vision and ignored everything that makes a game good only to have this incredibly poor bot like online experience. Get the servers to 20 v 20 minimum fix the upgrading system to something people actually care about like weapon skins or mild aesthetics or war metals and get this game to its maximum potential. The game is 90% there but absolute ruined by poor design and game play decisions that only appeal to modern casual cell phone gamers. In the current state I do not anticipate this game has much of any potential to do anything other than hang on to a small demographic of people with OCD upgrading a meaningless squad, when high end players can decimate them with even a basic rifle.

That’s all I can think of right now but if more comes up I’ll add to this, as it sits right now there is zero desire for me to play this game, again it feels like I’m playing a very poorly designed single player game.

i disagree with some of the points, but generally it’s sad that everyone somewhat sees it in the same way, ( about being almost like a mobile game with microtransactions thinking about paying for equipment rather than cosmetics ).

just today i encountered someone with a sherman that wasn’t even “good” and didn’t even know how to use a powerfull tool like that.

i don’t think they should be allowed without knowledge of understanding behind.

but anyway,

So Enlisted will be another generic FPS set in WW2 with no distinctive features?
We had this discussion dozen times and the result was always the same: if you don’t want bot squads, go play COD, BF or another FPS, market is full of them.

As for the rest: in most cases I don’t feel competent enough to comment.

the revive feature should be removed only if you are hurt you can use your medicine or else death.
