Revert the changes to cosmetics

As of the last major update, cosmetics do not carry over to other campaigns. At all. Not even customized heads. You have to buy the same head for the same soldier up to 5 different times if you want to keep him consistent.

This is stupid. Either reduce the price of cosmetics, or let them persist across campaigns. I do not want to buy the same outfit for the same soldier 4 or 5 times.

I never noticed the heads. That’s very infuriating. I’m going to check when I can.

I’m beyond disappointed with the fact they pushed this without asking the player base first.

I find it comical that they said the cosmetic update was to “improve historical accuracy”.

I’m actually having trouble trying to buy the same head for the same soldier now. In the menu, I buy a head for the Moscow campaign, and it will stay the same if I switch to Normandy or Tunisia, though if I load into a game of Normandy or Tunisia, the heads will all be something else. The problem is, I can’t buy copies of the same head since the game is pretending its already equipped.

I wonder why ppl even bother to customize their soldiers o buy cosmetics in the first place. I don’t think the customization system ever worked correctly/well.
