Turns out that apart from all the other entirely predictable problems, for me the main one now is the lack of campaigns.
I was enjoying grinding for the Tiger 1 in Normandy - now I have it given to me from Berlin, and heck… I don’t get Normandy at all at BR2 despite having equipment from that old campaign!
Having the IAR fighter in North Africa along with Ju-87D-5 is jarring - even more so than all the other historical silliness the game already had!! 
Perhaps you need to have a 2-dimensional equipment matrix - 1 dimension is effectiveness - the BR system as it is now
The 2nd dimension is Chronological/campaign or similar.
Dunno - jsut know that a huge research tree + no campaigns = a sudden lack of immersion

at the very least… let us lock out campaigns we dont want to play on, which then gives us a error popup to fix our squads if we dont have br appropriate items equipped to play on the campaign we want

I want the campaigns back as well, before I started trying to unlock everything for the merge I just played Tunisia axis as the Italians, now I cant because if I try I get sent to Berlin, and I can say an AB41 in narrow Berlin streets is not fun.
Right now to cope with the chaos I have turned to mostly just Japan knowing they will be in the same campaign, and try not to scream when I see any of the desert tanks show up.
they could make it so we can pick the campaign we want to fight in when we hit go to battle, then make it so only vehicles that fit in can be used in it to avoid the silliness we are suffering through now and avoid abuse of premium squads.

Yes please do as this “new and improved” format is ridiculousness compounded. And it seems buying premium vehicles is now going to be punished as they will now be placed in battles against equipment not designed to compete with, in theaters they never even thought about operating in when designing some of the vehicles. I primarily played Pacific theater to minimize the stupidity in other theaters but now that sanity has been taken away. INTEREST FADING RAPIDLY AT THIS POINT. Oh , it also seems like it more expensive doing anything with troops or equipment I would never believe adjustment to game economy are ever for players benefit. Im already used to Gaijin BS from my time with War Thunder LOL but damn this takes the cake .

Have you seen some of the issues? I got a match qued as teir 2 and ended up in Berlin with teir 5 players, and another one with teir 4 players, and I just couldn’t counter anything they threw at me

Yeah, the anti-historical crowd need to hop on over to BFV/2042 with that “it was always ahistorical!”nonsense. This was originally sold to us under a certain set of gameplay rules and now they just oust them for a bunch of disrespectful wanna be CoD vanguarders…. It’s just not right….

Yeah no offense to them but if they want a non historical effort game they can go play something else that does not try to be accurate. Enlisted has always had the historical effort, the release of it was late even because they where trying to recreate Normandy as best they could. The game doesn’t have to be Isonzo tier accuracy and I think a lot of people where sad when they said they are dropping some of the accuracy but willing to accept it, but the complete drop of it entirely is just to much change, we cant just equip our accurate ones and try to do a semi accurate feeling match if we wanted now because you cannot pick campaigns anymore.
I am not surprised there is chaos after the merge with this but if they leave it like this as the new game that does not even try to be accurate anymore it will affect the game and more people will leave, I already know people who dropped it and refuse to play the new enlisted because of the removal of campaigns.
Not to mention a fraction of the people who oppose the accuracy, not all of them now but I see a few of them who seem to want enlisted to abandon being only wwii and go down a War Thunder path with cold war and modern stuff which I believe would kill the game in the long run because nobody wants to see an Abrams on Normandy.
