Return "Defend zone" command in quick chat

Give back “Defend zone” in the quick chat, same as it was before.

If you play as an attacker you can’t say defend the zone. Anyway in invasion this feature of looking at it to give the command is annoying

While I do think this change should be reverted, usually if I feel the need to say “defend zone” I am wishing the any player in a plane or tank would get out of a vehicle and actually defend the zone. It seems rare that vehicle players are doing more than just going for their own stats and easy battle hero awards. So… yeah.
