Retiering of certain GO weapons

Here is a list of what GO weapons should be retiered and the reason why,
US

Lanchester Model 1

Lanchester Model 1 - I don’t believe that it deserves to be a Tier 3 weapon. Simply put it has similar stats to that of the PPT-27 but slightly better mainly in the magazine count and and damage drop off. At the exchange of a slightly slower ROF. Hell even comparing it to the Lanchester in game it has almost the exact same stats but a high rate of fire and a very slight difference in recoil. I compared it to the PPT-27 because gameplay wise they feel very similar (At least to me). I don’t believe it stands toe to toe with other Tier 3 weapons be it the 50 round Lanchester or the other Thompsons. I feel it would fit a nice niche as a fast firing but low tier SMG for US/Western Allies as a Tier 2.

Germany

Erma EMP 44 - I don’t believe it deserves to be a Tier 4 weapon. As we can see here it is incredibly similar to the MP40/1, which is a tier 3. I believe that if the MP40/1 is a Tier 3 so should this due to their similar stats. Sure it has a slightly faster ROF (640 to MP40/1 570) but thats the only “significant” improvement over the MP40/1.

USSR

PPD 1929 - As we see here I don’t believe that it belongs in Tier 4 with the other considerably better alternatives all of which (Minus the Thompson which I also don’t believe should be Tier 4) have 27 - 31 extra rounds which is a big leap. That’s almost another entire magazine for some weapons in that single mag.

Also unrelated to this I believe that the Beretta M38A (40 rounds) and Kirali 39M should be moved down a tier in comparison to Soviet gear and the newer US gear.

Luckily for you both of these gold order weapons will be retired. As well as all the other ones :pensive:

Agree with this 100%,I think the Suomi kp/26 and VMP 1926 could also go down a BR.there are quite a few GOs that need to be looked over in general not just in BRs,but even getting bayonets and stuff for things like the berdan II and gewehr 1888.
