In reality, for firearms with notch sights, the top edge of the notch should align with the top edge of the front sight when aiming. For firearms with aperture sights (peep sights), the front sight should generally be centered within the aperture.
However, in the current game, the alignment between the rear sight and front sight is incorrect for several weapons, including the STG-44, FG42-2, S&W Mk2, and KB-P-135. This misalignment significantly impacts the player’s visual experience.
Yes, there are also sighting issues with the M1 and M2 carbines from the United States and the prototype automatic rifles from Japan, which make it difficult to see the nearby field of view and facilitate aiming and shooting, greatly affecting the player’s gaming experience
This is not the excuse to allow the error continue, it currently just aimming at the wrong place.
You can remove the whole rear sight, and the sight will be much more clear but it’s not how a sight work.
I like how the issue of the thread is whether or not to adjust all sights to zero and likely negatively impact sight visibility or to keep things unrealistic to marginally improve sight visibility.
