Replace Machinegunner to Commander for Ha-Go

It’s so stupid we have to switch between Machinegun and Main cannon for Ha-Go. Having a commander could finally solve the problem without actually needing to tweak the whole crew system.

Multi-cannoned tanks’ cannons are usable at the same time thanks to the commander in that vehicle. So I guess it could solve issue. Seems unfair having to switch between crewmembers when the Americans can have tanks with better armor, better gun, more machineguns that can be fired at the same time.

In the T-28 you actually shoot the 2 turret MGs even in the gunner seat.

So a commander isn’t actually needed, it’s just they decided HA GO for some reason needed to be nerfed, along with no HE.

I think in general they have to overhaul vehicles and machine guns, looking at you hull mgs
