After player requests, they added HEAT shells to these tanks. Some like me prefer HE shells to heat for infantry. They are less buggy and generally perform better. My question is why did this happen to both tanks? Now they are exactly the same. I suggest making one of them the same as before(HE + apcbc) so that those who want to be better against infantry can use it.

A Fair request, personally Id rather the APHE was replaced on both, or one, but if one were to keep the original loadout, Id recommend it be the Pz4 E.

Maybe one more version could be added and have all three combinations? (HE + apcbc \ HE + HEAT \ HEAT + apcbc)
I hate HEAT shells, they are buggy most of the time. Also they still barely do anything against BR3 tanks. At least you can easily destroy most BR2 tanks with apcbc.

For me I would like to keep heat，it still could not destroy some br3 tanks but it can fight with all br2 tanks （include some gold tanks）I mean that is enough.
Fight with t50 and M3Lee must have the heat

Both weak point is gun shield (75mm’s for M3 Lee)

I can attack enemy tanks weakness，but it will be hard to do in a short time. I mean I would not like to give enemy too many chances to Kill me
When enemy can easily Kill me at the same time I should pay more time to see the weakness

so the conditions is that no heat will too weak but have the heat you may think it is too strong？Maybe we should reduce the anti-infantry damage of the German heat.

Or DF just make every version has some countries strong while others weak.
That actually sound very reasonable. If some prefer the pure HE loadout they could still use that and everone who preferes the HEAT will still alsohave his tank to use.
Alternatively they could just copy the ammo loadout from the HO-I whichis 1 third APHE 1 third HEAT and another third HE. It would combine the best of both worlds and would also reduce the stupid amounts of APHE nobody could ever hope to need so it would be overall a buff.

And that is why I like play T28 and T28E，they can destroy all enemy tanks and also he is very powerful.From my perspective，SV and US best br2 tank also have the ability to Kill infantry and tanks and German tanks will need 2 kinds to finish the problem.So German heat is great and reload time is less（But it anti-infantry range is low than normal he while t28 he is powerful than other he so maybe there some balance？）to fight with not only tanks but SV powerful submachinegun（another balance？

Scot also has many disadvantages like the steering speed is too slow.So actually I think now four countries tanks all show the characteristic
