They aren’t copy paste.
This gun should just be added to the tech tree, and keep the PPSH for those who want to use it. I only use the PPSH as a back up anyway.

they aren’t exactly copy paste that’s true, they still sharing the same name and both aren’t usefull anyways. russian is more well made than the german one wich looks like some after party made weapon.
Thoses both are most of time never seen in battle since URSS has PPS-42/43 and german MP40 and so on, the interest of having such a weapon is just to give them someting “unique and useless” . Would have been okay and still meh as even weapon
Yes, I complained about it. I have no clue why they couldn’t make a difference name for the German one.

Kv 2 is almost same as premium kv 2 plus it has eisted in editor for ages
Both ppsh 41 obrezes are just slightly altered ppsh 41s
a 20 with m8 rockets already was in the game
ithaca 37 has existed in editor for ages
marder 3 was in old normandy trailer so i guess it has also been in the files for a while
hs 129 was in tunisia testing but got removed
fn auto 5 is just browning auto 5 with slightly different texture
partisan mp 40 is just normal mp 40 with small differences
same for mp 719r
Ardennes map had almost no new assets and they just tweaked an already existed area instead of making a new one
japan and ussr got placeholder cannons instead of actual ones
the guerilla gimmick was uninteresting and poorly executed
They could honestly of added something like this instead, and it wouldn’t have been as bad. Just as easy to implement too, it’s literally just a sawed off MP 41(r).
And while they’re at it they can bring back the MP 717(r) and my beloved Mannlicher M93.

Replacing the sawed off PPSh increases variety by adding a lesser known WW2 smg instead of having a copy paste
The devs probably just looked at some partisan PPSh and gave one to the Germans because lmao
