Well, which campaign are you talking about and which era?
Because you canāt add the PaK40 into Moscow because in April 1942 only 44 guns were in operation, as development was only increased because of the T-34 and KV-1.
The QF17 pounder never saw service with the American forces so wouldnāt have been in the current Normandy build. The American M5 3.2Inch (76mm) probably would be a better choice.
The ZiS2, only about 300 were built in 1941, but it was withdrawn because it ādidnāt cause enough damage, over penetrating most German armourā, but was phased back in after the 45mm current gun became obsolete. Even by the late war, a 57mm gun would be fairly weak compared to the ZiS-3 divisional gun.
Also, bearing in mind any fieldguns for Normandy and certainly Berlin are all placeholder models.
For Moscow Iād support the Germans getting the smaller Pak 36 rather than the 38, while the 45mm is fine for the USSR, in Berlin the Germans should have Pak 40s and the Soviets ZiS-2s, as for the allies on normandy, perhaps the 76mm M5 could do better than the 6 pounder.

I agree with you.
The model of the anti-tank cannons should be placed according to the nation period they were employed in WW2.
I just gave the suggestions according to what I see in-game.
The current anti tank cannons are becoming obsolete as the level of players is rising.
I know this is a lot of work to do, but you can leave it on the āradarā for future fixes.
