bro is totally bad during combat the granade fly to much and miss the enemy, only for data dont use him during combat
I know. When I started palying, have some experiments with this perk. It can be usefull only if all soldiers have it. In other cases granatekampf gets unpredictable and useless. And engineers have their kind of magic to get opponents masacred,

Also, three my favourite all-around perks: +100% stamina, +75% medpack uasge speed and +200% HP from medpack. So it was no room for this not so useful perk.
I love the one wo reduce concussion and the resources one for enginer
