Remove the only feature that allows you to teamwork with randoms (to a degree) and greatly helps when you play in party.
Because 0 comunication with your team is realistic

I know it might sound controversial, but gameplay>realism
The game offers very little communication options with your teammates(text chat being very rarely useful or used, marking being the only really viable option curently)
