Hey, please change this system where soldiers need to be in the squads that are in reserve.
Its simply annoying if i want to find my best soldiers. And if I find them I have to play like a puzzle-minigame of soldier shifting between squads to get the soldier I want out of the squads into reserve, if I dont have enough soldiers to simply replace them with a rifleman.
At least show them in the soldier reserve list and mark them as unavailable. Then I can at least compare them and know where to find them.
Also it would be nice if soldier perk points would be summed up and also show the max number of possible perk points. So that I see on one glance that the soldier has 48 of 51 skill point.
