Remove M4A3E2 Jumbo from Normandy

The jumbo right now is way to op…the weak spot is very small and on large distances it’s hard to hit…also it’s not historically accurate because jumbos weren’t used in Normandy…either remove it and replace it with an E8 or move pz4h down to where the pz 4j currently is and then put a tiger 1 or panther to where the pz4h currently is

But it still wint be able to destroy the Jumbo from the front…

and jumbo will have a difficult time too

I prefer to remove it and give US a Sherman with a better gun.

Normandy campaign is balanced. Both factions feel the same in effort needed to win.

Make an attempt to grasp 》 its not a mirror matchup each faction has its pros and cons.

i would too but the devs said they aren’t going to remove it iirc, so giving the 4h track armor is the best solution that also avoids much power creep

It’s just like if Germany would get Tiger 2 on Berlin and Russia only the T34 85…its just stupid and unbalanced and also Jumbo never fought in Normandy…

This, except instead of 4H with track armor I’m thinking leopard

the tiger 2 will be in berlin, so will the IS-2

Even with the jumbo removed, the fight will be better if the developers change the rear sight shake for m1 and m2 guns to Front Sight.

But hopefully not the Tiger 2 p because the turret of tiger2 p is absolute trash and can be penetrated by everything…and for Normandy then they should just give Tiger 1 or pz4h with track armor and the panzergranate40

The main task of tanks is still to fight infantry, as most of them are, so for me I would imagine the ideal tank to be impenetrable with good HE and reload time.
The jumbo looks quite like that. It’s impossible to destroy it from a tank from 150 meters on, because of pixels to aim at, shaky sight, bushes, terrain and other things.
The Panther will kill it and players for the USA will understand the feeling, however the Panther will have a reload time of about 7 seconds, which will prevent it from being effective against infantry.
I’d love to see a Tiger 1, but it will be exactly as bad at piercing Jumbo, which won’t solve the problem.
Actually it is more important to give the German infantry a proper grenade launcher, because the fact that PIAT easily kills Pz4 in head-on, or at least breaks everything in the turret, while Sturmpistole does not pierce Sherman and Jumbo in head-on and even in board (especially Jumbo) and also it is twice slower to reload (!!!).
So yes, the Jumbo stands out from all the other tanks, allowing you to literally be unkillable for everything except the planes (although with the new bombs they may already have problems) and to destroy infantry with shells for the whole battle.

i think it’s the KTP but they might change it to KTH or have plans to add KTH later since the berlin alpha showed us weapons like KTP and IS-2 mod 44 in the images, 2 STGs, panzerschrecks for both sides loved using that, and RD-44. New vehicles and weapons - News - Enlisted

i would prefer the 4h with track since the AP on the 75mm m3 isn’t great at going through the front of the hull when you angle as is, and yeah pzgr40 would be nice and we could bind that for the C key since that button is useless on tanks since that is free look but you can’t use it to look around without moving your turret when peering outside of the commander’s hatch

Let me dream.

No that is not just like it is. The Tiger 2 is something compeletely different.

The US faction and the German faction in Normandy are balanced as it is. The Jumbo does not change that. If you remove it the Germans will have the upper hand.

Yes Normandy is Balanced, But Jumbo ruins it.

If there is no Jumbo there than both factions will be balanced as it is.

Being invulnerable to tanks and infantry, standing in a gray area and shooting a point with shells. This is so balanced!

are you talking about completely or just frontal?
