Remove Callsign Orders from Vet Box

Problem:

Callsign orders have a drop rate of 12% and are utterly useless. I went from ~200 pre-vet box to over 800; what am I supposed to do with 800 callsign orders, I don’t even have 800 soldiers.

Even if I did, I have never used a callsign and there is 0 appeal for me to do so, it’s just pure filler and really the only complaint I have with the vet box, as do many of the other long time players I talk to.

Solutions:

Remove and spread 12% drop chance across other items

Simple and straightforward.

Replace with Order for Upgrade Change

These are pretty rare to get and fairly niche. Would be nice to have another way to get them for those of us who like to change up our squads.

I would still recommend reducing drop chance and spreading to other more useful orders like appearance or soldier upgrade orders.

Allow players to sell Callsign Orders for Silver

My suggestion to be fair would be 500 silver an order. Players get x5 per crate which costs 5000. Selling for 500 x5 = 2500 silver, or half a box. This solution would allow those who do like them to still get some, but the rest of us could sell and get half a box back.

Its also unrealistic for anyone who doesn’t have millions of silver to get anything good without playing for half the day so they should up the chances overLl for squads and weapons or add a system where if u bought x amount with no squad ur guaranteed a squad

Plus give event with up to 30 box rewards, (5 every 2 days) It wouldn’t matter for vets like me but would help a lot new players.

Callsigns are absolutely worthless and i despite them i have only used them only once in 3 years of playing the game.

Callsign order also never appeared in events so it’s just filler. At this point we should just be able to sell them for silver. I’m sitting on some 500 of them and to be completely honest, I’m never going to change the name of my dudes.

It doesnt even change the name, just ur personal nicknames for them,

The nicknames dont even apear for other players in the end match screen, so u cant do anything funny.

Basically tiny flavor, mostly useless.

CANNOT believe these are not included, one of the most valuable orders in the game, not even in the box ??

I also LOVE the fact that once you get all the squads and vehicles, it just gives bigger chance of getting silver.

So now i got worse lootboxes, great

Callsign Orders must be the most useless thing in the entire game. Id rather get 1000 silver or a booster.

This is why contents of the box should have been announced before its release.
Doubt they would change it halfway while box is available, maybe in 6-12(?) months on re-run.

Another way to make use of callsign change orders is to later make them able to reroll soldier’s name, using the list of already available names in game.

Ahah so it finally worked for you?

Yeah i had to fix it myself with info from helpers, gaijin support is anything but support

Already rolled 2M silver but after getting every of 3 vehicles and 4 gold soldiers i missed i had everything so my lootboxes suck now.

I would love to roll for stingers swords and auto pistolls but after 1M and only getting hammers and sniper rifles i gave up.

Gonna save most of my silver for next boxes, now i won’t have to do every event and just roll for them later

Whats the point of callsign orders anyways? I thought changed names dont appear to other players, so why even bother to begin with? Never changed my soldiers names before, so those chests are not gonna make now.

You should be able to sell callsign orders for 5000 silver–the same price as a loot box.

That’s called playing 4D chess.

I’d take 5000000 silver.
