That may be true, but this is more of a hypothetical argument in which a br2 player fights a br3 player. If he(or she) was complaining that br2 vs br3 is unfair and they are an experienced player, that would make it a skill issue.

BR 1-2 should have always been the noob friendly zone.
You are BR3 once you unlock first and equipt your first BR3 equipment.
So technically my BR3 players might have theyr first binoculars with bipod while the opposite team has everything from SMGs to top BR3 tanks.
Both are BR3 in matchmakers view regardless how unfair it is.
Sure if your good enough you can put up a fight against average BR5 player with BR1 equipment too.
That how ever wasnt even remotely relevant to subject spoken here.
Nor no one else seems to take this game as some sort of powerfantasy of esport game you seem to take it.

This is true in all situations with a few exceptions.
In most situations you can certainly destroy technically superior foes with inferior equipment.The 45mm cannon for example, can destroy panzer fours from the front and is available at that tier. But the engineer anti-tank, the more effective gun, may not be available to new players who havenāt properly leveled their squads.
Itās a bit hard to imagine a player with a Tier 2 tank not upgrading the Engineer Corps
I hope they can understand the importance of the engineer team sooner

and no it is the same thing full auto rifles against semi auto is at least as unfair as semi auto vs bolt action
Shoot I brought a bunch of II Sovies to III-V using the RMN-50 and did perfectly fine. There was a fricking Tiger on the field. Guess what I did? I avoided it and let someone else take care of it

Takes all the fun out of BR III by singling it by itself. The fun of fighting Kar98kās and Pumaās Pz IIās in a more historical set up (Garandās vs Kar98kās to be specific) plus the challenge of III-V
Make BR I an isolated island by itself and leave the rest. Take it or leave it. This is the only compromise Iām willing to make on this subject

I spent some time testing and found that the T-28 could destroy the Panzer IV J tank with one shot from the side.
The T-28E can destroy all Panzer III and IV tanks from the front. All it takes is one shot.
Maybe you should upgrade the T-28E.
Same BR2, the poor Germans were not allowed to have 75 caliber long barrel tanks.
The only advantage is that the Panzer III N tank is a little tougher.
I have actually tested that the USSR of BR2~3 can crush the Germans in almost all directions.
