Guess its a quickfix for dispersion. If you cant see shit the dispersion cant annoy you.

in my experience, this never bothers me. In fact, I only now this once you posted about it though, I guess you used the RMB click instead of the RMB hold. The RMB click is useless it bolties btw, it’s only useful in MGs and high RPM SMGs
Blur in any game triggers me. Maybe, its because I have poor eyesight, but I’m always turn it off.

yeah can relate sadly, I guess the blur is meant to be realistic 
As you can see, back part of gun is really blured, but in real life you can focus your eyesight, so in videogame its pointless to add blur, it just ruins the immersion.
