With each soldier now essentially equivalent to a silver order can we strip ALL soldiers from squads that are not in use? It was pointless to require a preset number to remain before but now its even more limiting. They serve no purpose simply sitting derelict in the inventory

So to switch squads ppl will have to leave 5* guys behind, paid with silver.

I kinda see what they are going for, making each soldier unique, but it has completely robbed me of my desire to play, after the dailies are done, I don’t have any reason to level soldiers.
I dont get why we even have to leave our unique soldiers trapped in a squad that just sits in reserve. What a waste

I agree, I would like to have that option too. As I said in another topic, I fill all my inactive squads with 1 star riflemen, but now I guess that won’t be viable anymore, so would be nice being able to remove all soldiers from inactive squads.

For people that have played for a week or 2 this shouldn’t be an issue, sure isn’t for me.
All infantry squads can be fully populated with 1* riflemen.
When I move a battle squad from “active” to “reserve” I have always 1st removed any “unique” or upgraded soldiers and replaced them with 1* soldiers. Then I move the more upgraded soldiers into the squad/squads that I just unlocked or moved to “active” battle status.
Like I mentioned, this won’t work for brand new players but should work for those that have even played a couple of weeks and took advantage of using bronze orders for random troos.
Ok but why have any there regardless if it works for people or not? There is absolutely zero benefit to having any soldiers in unused squads
