they already announced their plans to us, what they were going to do instead of that was give an event for all factions of assault engineers instead of FA owners getting them, they also said that FA owners would get the russian and german ones day 1 of that event

They have been promising about bot shooters on planes for a year, on the Russian forum it is very common and they are constantly reminded of it. I do not know how the English forum, but in the Russian forum change the bomb load was also requested, because everyone put on 100 kg bombs in the Soviet Union on literally all planes and all pissed off random damage rbs, and the Germans wanted a bigger bomb on the bf 109, and here the developers once said: “yes, it is difficult to balance, but we will introduce” . As a result, no one sees any mentions of fighters from the developer, and the change of bomb load is also written privately and the developers also do not answer anything. Although all this is as necessary as the change of tank shells.

Loadout system was also requested here. That does not mean it will come.
Devs stated during one devpost about merge in early 2023 (I think) that allowing players to change payloads as well as tank shells would undermine the BR system or something like that.
I dont remember then saying anything about controlling AI gunners nor do I remember that being a big demand outside of the time where gunners were so bad and bugged that people were questioning if they shoot at all (and depending on plane, they actually did not).
