Since the last change of the commander of the M8scot, the commander become a instakill for the scot because now the commander is a literral target for HE with his head bumping from the open top. So there two solution to solve the problem, first we reverse the change for the commander or we let the commander shoot from lower position with the HMG in just the horizontal axis with limited verticality.
I think that the nerf was intentional, M8 Scott is competitive against even BR3 tanks. Though its very weak against HE weapons and can easily get destroyed by artillery and bombs.
Well, the main reason for change was clipping issue. Same reason why we can’t have proper angles of structure MGs.
Sounds reasonable, if that’s just it then they might improve the commander’s position making him less exposed but since we are talking about Darkflow, realistically speaking that might take months.
It’s funny they put the commander in that position when most of the time most footage I see has the HMG pointed behind the tank with the commander barely peaking his head out of the tank. But even when the commander is on the HMG, his whole body isn’t protruding like in Enlisted.
I believe Euthymia was the one who said that. Ask her.
I honestly couldn’t care less about clipping.
his head is a litteral target in this position.
@Euthymia07 The back shelf of the M8 Scott’s turret was used as a seat. You can see this in the two photos of the M8 Scott. Can you please forward this to the developers to change the soldier’s position to sitting instead of standing so there won’t be clipping?

Yeah his feet don’t touch the ground
