None of the Images from Internet that I found had bipod I guess DF just went without a bipod but yeah its weird that it doesn’t have a bipod

Maybe it was meant to be tripod only?
Which would explain why the design failed and evolved into the MG42.
There are other units with NKVD troops in the tech tree I think, especially if you played Moscow campaign - they have a different pattern on the caps than the event squad but are still NKVD
Yeah, just checked - the truck squad is composed of NKVD troops
Are they or at least this truck squad?
Because in old Moscow, Assaulter squads all had NKVD uniforms and I guessed they were just too lazy to make seperate presets of uniforms.

As mentioned. Both APC and Assaulter squads have the NKVD outfit by default.

Maybe I am just blind. But the new German event MG squad can’t build HMG. Lame.

I was hopping to be able to replace the event gun by an other gun in order to use the event squad in all br.
Impossible.
The German event MG 39 machinegunners have uniforms with Luftwaffe collars as a default in Berlin campaign, please fix! Best if the Luftwaffe collars were cut and pasted to the event FG 42 paratrooper squad, that would fix two issues at once
It is an bug. It might get fixed soon
