I was doing this event it says I have until OCT 1, and I was grinding out it says I can earn “this amount in 2 days” I played for 1.5 days was almost done and then it reset my progress…
NOT COOL

I mean yeah… this is basically the point of the event.
You have two days to do 20k points. It is reset every two days, this is exactly what is written in the description.
A new stage of the event will begin every two days and you have to earn 20k battle points to complete it. Regardless of your progression a new stage will begin and will have independant score counter while the previous stage will be terminated even if you did not reach the 20k threshold.
It doesn’t say clearly, but yeah that’s obviously the gimmick here, says
Complete the task until (october 1 13:00 UTC) the other one, should say… similar language and tell okay this one resets on Sept * 13:00UTC
It’s not written clearly and designed to be frustrating with arbitrary deadlines
What I want to know is why you guys stick up for and defend these practices…
Yes, I entirely agree on the fact that it should have the starting and ending date precisely written, that is for sure.
I do not defend this practice, It is just what it is. Tbh this is probably the worst way to do an event so far. Imo, even the 12k per day was better. The best event we had was the one with the SMG in august. We had to do 5k per stage and we could do as many stage as we wanted per day. I do not understand why they changed the system, but it is what it is and we can only do with what we have.
you guys win, thanks for showing me I can’t read!
“Please note: you now have two days to complete each stage!”
Just because it wasn’t 2 days for when YOU played doesn’t mean that it wasn’t 2 days according to when it started
I’m a little bit late but meh
Also there were other events like that with similar if not exactly the same rules, 2 days per one stage, if you are late to complete it in 2 days then new stage starts and you basically missed your previous one.
Anyway I strongly prefer events where you are not time gated to do things, and if you are commited enought you could complete like half of the event rewards in just a day (rather impossible but you know what I mean).
yeah the whole your 2 days is up… when we say it’s up … … "but i just started playing today " thing really gets me
Darkflows event rules are famously convoluted and poorly explained. Their goal seems to be to get people to log in and play as much and as often as possible, and the rewards are good enough that people do it despite the complaints.
Hopefully they go back to letting players complete as many stages as they can per day. That seems like the most forgiving system, but in a way it contradicts the assumed goal of boosting daily player count, so we can only hope they fall on the side of quality of life for players.
don’t worry, you can skip a few step and still get most of the reward.
Maybe in future Armory events. Reinforcements received and Armory events are different. They has different mechanics of receiving stages and rewards.
Yeah, it’s called things don’t wait for you in life, things don’t revolve around you, the game’s clock is ticking all the time
Yes, it can be annoying, but you have to remember that it keeps going for everyone
I don’t, I still prefer 5k per reward and not limited per any day, so you can do all in 1 day or do 5k per day till the end of the event, people praised that and the Devs reverted it
And now we got this shitty practice again
