There were a lot of legacy squad that were special but act like a regular such as the German Fallschirmjager, the US Airborne Infantry, the Italian squad, etc. For example:
They are not allowed to wear their unique uniform outside of their original campaign. I propose to let them have unique customization as well.

i much rather said customization to be available in the default customization.
because not many knows, but none of the uniforms you showed are actually unique to those squads.
but those are actual “base” presets for mortar squads in normandy and the parka for machinegunners & flametroopers in berlin.
the americans ones are actually the only who can wear the partroopers uniforms in the customization.
germans, japan, ussr and italian squads do not get acces to said cosmeitics beside the headgears ( but even there, only for japan and italy ).
opposes as fully fledged paratrooper customizations like the uk or us ones.
which was i reported them as well and as far as i have been told, was sent to top brasses:
