Hello I’ve buyed all Enlisted packs (Russian and German) download the game but it works bad. My computer settings are compatible with your minimum computer requirements but game is not fluid and go badly. I ask the total refund.
It’s not the games fault you didn’t check the system requirements, its yours, if you want a refund then I’ll bet you’ll never be able to play enlisted again and you didn’t watch streamers and other content creators and then make a decision

No the problem is that the game doesn’t work in the minimum specs that developers indicate. My PC is on these minimum specs but game works bad
The game works bad because the minimum specs are the minimum to play the game. Not to run it smoothly without any issues. If you just meet the minimum specs then the game will struggle to run even though you’re at minimum.

I’ve spent 50€ for an unplayable game, play less then 5 minutes. I have to be refund. Developers has to be more clare about pc specs to run theyr game.
What are your specs? I played the most part of the closed alpha on my potato PC.

well… technically, if this guy says that he has the low min specs required to run the game, it’s partially not his fault.
back to you, if you will be able to buy a better computer, it would solve many issues. because to be honest, if you wanna play games, that specific computer it’s outdated by years.
i do understand that gaming industry it’s a though one. and computers are not cheap. speaking for the thing you bought.
might become handlier for you once you will be able to play.
ps, i’m not sure. but i don’t think you are able to refound it since you activated the voucher the first time you entered in the game

For any games, minimum requirements is the baseline that you can run the program, or the game, without crash. Recommended specs is the possible hardware that you can play at probably mid~high quality settings fluently.
If anyone run something do not meet the minimum specs, like GPU dosent support needed DX level, RAM is too small or CPU is too outdated, the program will literally crash.
I have GTX1080/32GB RAM/R5 3600X, but still, well beyond most recommended specs, but still can not run most game I played at high at 60fps.
Also, a second hand GTX964 is a good choice to upgrade.
BTW, I have a third PC with i5 4460/GTX745/12GB RAM, still able to reach 30~50 FPS at 2K, with all settings to very low, render resolution ~60%.
In China, 50 Euro is able to buy a second hand GTX1052 (GTX1050 with 2GB GDRAM), or a i7 4770, or 16GB RAM.
Enlisted is a 2020 graphic game and possible last till 2025~2030, it has to have a higher design goal of hardware. And with AMD rising, Intel enters dGPU market, the PC hardware will speed up again, until hitting 2~3nm and 3D die.
BTW, very thx to PUBG for spreading a wave of PC upgrade, letting a decent GTX1066 become mainstream.
You do not deserve a refund.This is a closed beta test, not a paid full release game Its not the dev’s fault you decided to try to play a new generation game on a PC that they THINK can BARELY run the game. Do not ask for a refund.

I feel bad for you bud but it seems it’s your fault. The minimum specs do not guarantee fluid gameplay. That’s what the recommended specs are for. Also kind of dumb to spend 50 euros on DLC before even trying the game… it’s free to play.

I just have to question how someone can be willing to drop 50 euros on a ftp for early access but theyre not able to upgrade their pc. Especially when he only needed to spend half that for the access. Sounds more like his spending priorities aren’t straight more than anything else.

this is only so once OBT hits because right not it is CBT where you can only enter through buying one of the two packs.
Why are you asking for a refund here anyway (why do a few)? Gaijin have a support system so if you want to get a refund, go through their support, but as others have said, I’m not sure why you are spending money on what will likely become a f2p game when you have the minimum spec (which is, as other have said, the minimum to run the game).
dude it is in closed beta testing.
If you hate the exact minimum specs, you don’t have to expect tremendous performance from the game.
The list is only intended to make you aware that older hardware can make it difficult to play the game.
