I personally use a lot the “hatch out” mechanic to protect my tank against TNT raiders, is really, really useful, but the ammo lacks fast, and the only way to refuel is by getting out of the tank and looking for an ammo crate.
so if you are already in the base reloading the tank, is better to also reload the ammo of the crew in the same movement.

Ammunition for personnal weapons should be infinite
You are driving a tank, not a supply truck. Why should personal weapon have infinite ammo?

No, you should be ashamed of yourself for saying that. There’s too many weapons that infinite ammo would devastate the enemy team. Also historical accuracy.
