This is just an example of my today’s experience. Thing can be much worse than this.
Can we please get a more strict of matchmaking period?
Instead of a 2min30s fixed timer. We should let as long as ANY SIDE (including conquest) get progression of any sectors, then the matchmaking period should be forced ended.
Yeah, this can lead to more non-fulled match. But those late joined often tend to quit. If they quit, then why we let them joined in the first place?
Also since we all know default spawn-in-sector timer is 25s. Those who late joined not only unable to spawn inside capzone. Usually this is a 120m long walk. Also due to enemy already entered the point. Who knows who is attacking. Also he may never able to get BattleHero since he is already 500~1000 scores behind from begin.
Why should I play a match that I am already in a disadvantage position (both physical and scoreboard) that I may not get much XP from it.

YES! This is my main issue with this game right now. I find it very frustrating especially if on a losing team. Having to fight for a battle hero when joining this late is pretty tiring.
FYI WT is also FPS, you’re just in tanks/planes or ships when doing the shooting.
WT was / is marketed as a combined arms experience, and Enlisted is doing the same from an Inf/AFV/Planes perspective.
The join in progress function is selectable in WT, I guess the population is large enough. They haven’t implemented this feature in Enlisted yet, as they want to keep the wait times for games shorter.
